Detectives from the Sex Assault Squad have charged a 28-year-old man in connection with an incident that occurred in Nollamara in July 2023.
A 20-year-old woman was with a group of people, at a home in Nollamara. During the evening it is alleged the victim was woken by the accused sexually assaulting her.
The 28-year-old man from Nollamara has been charged with:
• One count of Sexual Penetration without Consent.
He is next due to appear in the Perth Magistrates Court on 6 November 2023.
