A man has died in hospital after being struck by a car at Cobbitty on Thursday.
About 12pm (Thursday 31 October 2019), a 21-year-old man was struck by a utility on Cobbitty Road.
He was airlifted to Liverpool Hospital with serious head and leg injuries.
Today (Saturday 2 November 2019), the man died in hospital.
The 41-year-old male driver of the utility provided mandatory blood and urine tests and has been interviewed by police.
Inquiries continue. A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
