A crime scene has been established after a man was found with critical injuries in Lalor Park today.
About 10.40am (Friday 24 May 2019), NSW Ambulance attended to a man who was found on Patterson Road, Lalor Park, suffering serious lower leg injuries.
He was treated at the scene before being taken to Westmead Hospital in a critical condition.
Police were called and officers from Quakers Hill Police Area Command, together with officers from the Crash Investigation Unit, established a crime scene.
Investigations led police to a garbage truck depot in Rooty Hill where they spoke with a driver.
He was taken to Riverstone Police Station where he is currently assisting police with inquiries.
