A man was arrested after a domestic stabbing at Morphett Vale this morning.
Police were called to the Horsley Court, Morphett Vale home at 11.30am on Thursday 7 October by reports of an assault.
A 39-year-old man had sustained injuries to his torso and leg and was taken to the Flinders Medical Centre for treatment. His injuries are not considered life-threatening.
A 19-year-old man was arrested nearby and is police custody.
Investigations are continuing.
Police wish to reassure the local community that this is not a random incident and the pair involved are known to each other.
