Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Matthew Collings.
The 41-year-old is wanted on warrants for failing to appear in court in relation to assault, burglary and driving offences.
He is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD, Richmond, Collingwood and Fitzroy areas.
Investigators have released an image of Collings in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
He is about 170cm tall, with a medium build, green eyes, and brown hair.
