Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives have charged a woman after a double fatal collision at Laceby on Saturday 13 June.
Investigators were told two vehicles collided near the intersection of Greta Road and Brian Higgins Drive about 10am.
Emergency services attended but two people died at the scene.
A 45-year-old Markwood woman was charged with two counts of dangerous driving causing death.
She is currently being taken before the Wangaratta Magistrates’ Court.
