A man reported missing from the Lake Illawarra area has been located safe.
The 29-year-old man was last seen at Bellambi at 9:30am today (Saturday 13 January 2024).
When he couldn’t be located or contacted, officers attached to Lake Illawarra Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Following extensive inquiries, the man was located safe in Primbee about 9pm this evening.
Police would like to thank the community and the media for their assistance.
