A man reported missing from Sydney’s west has been located safe.
The 85-year-old man was last seen on Rees Street, Mays Hill, about 11pm last night (Tuesday 12 September 2023).
When he could not be located or contacted, officers from Cumberland Police District were notified and commenced an investigation to locate him.
Following extensive inquiries, the man was located safe in Burwood about 7am this morning (Wednesday 13 September 2023).
Police would like to the thank the community and the media for their assistance.
