Police are seeking public assistance to help locate 64-year-old Phillipa Reade, who was last seen attending a medical appointment at a health facility on Raymond Terrace, around 2pm this afternoon (June 20).

Family and police are concerned as Phillipa has a medical condition and may have become disorientated in the South Brisbane or Southbank area.

It’s believed she was seen walking onto Stanley Street towards Annerley Road but may have travelled a substantial distance since that time.

Members of the public are asked to be on the lookout for Phillipa who is described as Caucasian in appearance, slim build and wearing a pink jumper and blue, mid-length pants (pictured)

She does not have knowledge of the area and may be frightened if approached. Police are requesting the public report any sightings of the woman to police immediately
