Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives are investigating after a motorcyclist died in hospital following a collision in Seddon on 11 May.
It is believed the motorcycle was travelling west on Buckley Street when it collided with a white Ford transit van at the intersection of Bilston Street about 6.30am.
The rider, a 42-year-old Melton man was taken to hospital where he died on 17 May.
The driver of the van was not injured and has been assisting police with their enquiries.
