Munster house fire

Arson Squad detectives are seeking information from the public to assist with their investigation into a suspicious house fire in Munster on Wednesday, 27 May 2020.

About 3pm, Police were called to reports of a fire at a home on Shelley Avenue. Department of Fire and Emergency Services attended and extinguished the fire.

The fire caused extensive damage to the home and the estimated damage cost is $250,000.

Arson Squad detectives ask anyone who has dash-cam vision or CCTV of the area around the time of the fire to come forward. Anyone who saw any suspicious activity, persons or vehicles or who has any information relating to this fire is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au. Callers may remain anonymous if they wish.

Rewards of up to $50,000 are available for information that leads to the identification and conviction of an arsonist.
