Muslims Celebrate Australia Day

Ahmadiyya Muslim Association

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Association SA will celebrate Australia Day at The Noor Mosque in Morphett Vale and Mahmood Mosque in Beverley on the 26th of January.

The annual event, which is open to everyone, brings together members of the wider community, religious groups, local MPs and councillors to celebrate our great country.
Speakers often reflect on what makes Australia a great country and share their stories of commitment and service to the community.
This year’s celebrations are special because of the circumstances we find ourselves in but the Association will take the opportunity to pray for the safety of all Australians and show gratitude towards our Federal and State Governments for their efforts in keeping Australia safe.
After formal proceedings, members are able to engage with each other over a complimentary BBQ.
