Sunday 30 July is National Tree Day, Australia’s largest annual community tree planting and nature care event.
Since Planet Ark held its first National Tree Day in 1996, more than 26 million trees have been planted by more than 5 million people.
This year, more than 300,000 national volunteers will give their time by taking part in environmental activities and educating Australians about their local environment.
