AAT
The online application form for reviews in the AAT’s Migration and Refugee Division has been updated and is now available on this website.
The updates include changes:
- to the personal details section of the form, and
- to address the new jurisdiction of the AAT to review a refusal to approve critical technology related study (visa condition 8208).
Our paper application forms for the Migration and Refugee Division will be updated soon. These will also be made available on this website.
