Consultation is now open on 10 proposed scheduling decisions for the environmental management of industrial chemicals.
They are:
- Long chain perfluorocarboxylic acids (LC PFCAs)
- Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs)
- Nonylphenols and nonylphenol ethoxylates
- HFOs (hydrofluoroolefins) and HCFOs (hydrochlorofluoroolefins)
- Pentane, isopentane and cyclopentane
- Dehydroacetic acid
- Fluorescent Brightener 71 and related chemicals
- Hexamine and related chemicals
- Ethane, propane and butanes
- Salicylic acid and its salts.
We have made some changes to the structure of the consultation survey. This is in response to stakeholder feedback. View the proposed scheduling decisions and make a submission by 5pm Friday 23 October 2026.
