Norwood Police Station limited operations from 5 to, South Australia

Norwood Police Station, on Osmond Terrace at Norwood, will be limiting their front counter operations between Monday 5 May and Friday 15 May 2020.

The station building will be closed for public access during this time due to scheduled building upgrades, however limited services will still be provided from out the front of the station building during this time.

Limited police services will operate during normal Norwood Station operation hours; Monday to Friday 8am-9pm with restricted staff due to the COVID-19 social distancing directions.

Any member of the public who attends Norwood Police Station during these times is required to strictly adhere to the 1.5m social distancing requirements and be mindful of other members of the community who are passing by.

The public are reminded that nearby police stations including Adelaide Police Station in Grenfell Street and Hindley Street Police Station are open 24hrs, and Holden Hill Police Station is open from 9am-9pm. These stations will still be providing front counter services.

Police patrols will continue to operate from Norwood Police Station, and there will be no change to the way SA Police respond to calls from the public for assistance. If a member of the public requires police attendance they should call 131 444 (or Triple Zero 000 in an emergency).

To reduce the spread of COVID-19 police ask that members of the public consider utilising the online services before attending an alternative station.
