Following inquiries, a 31-year-old man was arrested at the rear of a property on Lake View Road at Primbee about 11.30am.

He was taken to Shellharbour Hospital for mandatory testing.

Upon release, the man was taken to Lake Illawarra Police Station and charged with aggravated break, enter and steal, police pursuit – drive manner dangerous, resist arrest and unlicensed driver never held.

He was refused bail and is due to appear at Wollongong Local Court tomorrow (Thursday 21 October 2021).
