Officer issued NTA in North Coast Region, QLD

A 25-year-old male constable from the North Coast Region has been issued a Notice to Appear for one charge of computer hacking and misuse and is due to appear in Dalby Magistrates Court on October 25.

The officer has been stood down from official duty with the Queensland Police Service.

In keeping with our commitment to high standards of behaviour, transparency and accountability, we have undertaken to inform the public when an officer faces serious allegations of misconduct.

This does not mean the allegations against the officer have been substantiated.
