Online forms and payments outage – Wednesday 26 August to

Some of our systems, including online forms and online payments, will be unavailable from 10 pm on Wednesday 26 August to 6 am on Thursday 27 August while we make an upgrade.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience and have tried to minimise disruption to you by scheduling this work overnight.

What is affected

During this time, you will not be able to use online forms to:

  • access the Boroondara Kindergarten Central Enrolment Scheme (BKCES)
  • make a booking with the Kew Traffic School
  • book a hard waste collection
  • renew a disabled parking permit
  • apply for a residential parking permit
  • register a pet
  • register a swimming pool or spa
  • report a bin problem
  • report a maintenance issue
  • apply for an asset protection permit
  • apply for an asset protection bond refund
  • apply to review a parking fine
  • find your bin day
