Local groups, event organisers, and anyone working on a community project are invited to submit an application for funding under Snowy Monaro Regional Council’s 2024 Donations and Sponsorship program.
The six-week application window opened on Thursday 1 February 2024, with all eligible local organisations and initiatives encouraged to get their applications in before the Friday 15 March 2024 closing date.
Donations and Sponsorship provides an important opportunity for many local groups and projects to access financial support from Council for their work.
Council is proud to offer this opportunity to support the good work being done by local organisations, community events and civic-minded individuals – right across the Snowy Monaro region.
Key dates:
- Thursday 1 February 2024: Applications open
- Thursday 29 February 2024: Last opportunity to obtain a quote or application support from Council
- Friday 15 March 2024: Applications close
- May 2024: Council meeting to select successful applications and determine distribution of available funding
Applicants should note that these dates fall two months earlier in the year than Donations and Sponsorship application dates in previous years.
