Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating an incident that occurred in Perth during the early hours of this morning, 3 December 2022.
About 1.15am, a marked police vehicle was travelling east on Wellington Street and a pedestrian was walking south on Wellington Street, when they collided.
The pedestrian, a 20-year-old woman, received serious head injuries as a result of the crash and was conveyed by ambulance to hospital.
