Pick My Park – it’s time to vote for your favourite park projects

If you live, work or play in Casey, Council invites you to vote for your favourite new or updated park project, as part of the State Government’s Pick My Park program.

The Pick My Park program delivers funding for much‑needed new and upgraded parks in areas experiencing increased housing growth. By voting, residents can help decide which projects receive funding, to ensure our community gets the outdoor spaces it needs. It’s easy to get involved – simply review the information for each project and vote for your three favourites. The projects with the most votes will receive funding.

Nine projects have been shortlisted for Casey. They include:

Timbarra District Playspace Renewal, Berwick – the project will refresh a much- loved playground into a safer, more inclusive public park.

A Community Dog Park for Cranbourne – the project will create a welcoming place where residents and their dogs can safely enjoy off-leash exercise.

Casey Fields Fitness Circuit Lighting, Cranbourne East – this project will complete the missing lighting link in the well-used circuit trail with lighting along the northern section, making it a safer and enjoyable space for walking and running.

Bernborough Reserve Playground Renewal, Cranbourne West – the project will transform the existing playground into a vibrant community park that supports active lifestyles and brings people together.

Glenburn Playground Renewal, Hallam – the project will create a district park that supports inclusive, safe play and social connection.

Karayong Park Place Space, Lynbrook – the project will transform a vacant park site with a new play space for the local community.

Lake View Drive District Multi-Sport Court Renewal, Narre Warren South – the project will revitalise a well-used court into a modern, welcoming space for sport and play.
