Police appeal to locate boy missing from Bankstown 20 July

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a boy reported missing from Sydney’s south-west.

Ahmed Atli, aged 17, was last seen in Avon Street, Bankstown, about 9.30pm on Tuesday (18 July 2023).

When he did not return home and could not be located, officers from Bankstown Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Ahmed is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, between 180cm and 185cm tall, of thin build, with black hair, brown eyes and a black moustache.

He was last seen wearing black Nike Air-Max jacket, black tracksuit pants, and white shoes.

Anyone who sees Ahmed or has any information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Bankstown police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
