Police appeal to locate boy missing from St Johns Park

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a boy missing from Sydney’s south west.

Umar Khan, aged 13, was last seen about 3.30pm yesterday (Friday 24 November 2023) on Mimosa Road, St Johns Park.

When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Fairfield City Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for his welfare due to his young age.

Umar is described as being of Indian Sub-Continental appearance, about 170cm tall with thin build, and curly black hair.

He was last seen wearing a blue uniform.

Umar is known to frequent the St Johns area and Greenfield Park Shopping Village.
