Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from western Sydney.
Robert Rumsby, aged 58, was last seen in Penrith, about 1pm yesterday (Sunday 26 July 2026).
When he was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Nepean Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to him living with a number of health conditions. He also has mobility issues.
Robert is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 165cm, thin build, long grey hair in a ponytail, brown eyes and clean shaven.
He was last seen wearing a green jacket and black pants.
Robert is also known to frequent the Penrith and surrounding areas.
