Police appeal to locate man missing from Randwick 6 February

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney’s east.

Wooyeong An, aged 29, was last seen at the Prince of Wales Hospital at Randwick about 2.45pm today (Tuesday 6 February 2024).

Unable to be located or contacted since, officers attached to Eastern Beaches Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police hold concerns for Wooyeong’s welfare due to him only being in the country for one month and speaking only limited English.

He is described as being of East Asian appearance, medium complexion, 165-170CM tall, with curly black hair. He was last seen wearing a grey T-shirt, grey shorts and black sandals/slides. He has an obvious burn/scar on his left leg and ankle and has tattoos on his forearms.
