Police appeal to locate missing girl – Greenacre

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a girl missing from Sydney’s south west.

Norma Scott, aged 14, was last seen at her home on Tempe Street, Greenacre, about 8.30am on Tuesday (11 July 2023).

When she did not return home and could not be contacted, she was reported missing to officers from Bankstown Police Area Command, who have commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and her family hold serious concerns for her welfare due to her age.

Norma is described as being of Pacific Islander/Maori appearance, about 150cm to 160cm tall, of thin build, olive complexion, black hair with hazel eyes.

She was last seen wearing grey tracksuit pants and a black hooded jumper and a silver necklace with a large pendant.

Norma is known to frequent the Bankstown and Sydney CBD areas.

Anyone who sees Mia or knows of her whereabouts is urged to contact Bankstown Police Area Command or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
