Police appeal to locate missing man at Ulladulla

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man reported missing from the Ulladulla area.

Victor Channell, aged 41, was last seen on Warden Street, Ulladulla, Tuesday (12 September 2023) and last contacted at 8.59pm the same day.

When he could not be located or contacted, officers from South Coast Police District were notified and commenced an investigation to locate him.

Police and family hold serious concerns for Victor’s welfare due to this being out of character.

Victor is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, 185cm tall, of a medium build, with black hair, moustache and beard.

He is believed to be driving a white 2002 Mitsubishi Pajero SUV with the NSW registration AV89AL. The vehicle also has a spare tyre on the back with the Australian Aboriginal flag on it.

Victor is known to frequent the Ulladulla, Batemans Bay and Moruya areas.
