Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Hornsby.
David Fitzpatrick, aged 26, was last seen leaving a facility on Palmerston Road, Hornsby, about 2.25pm on Tuesday 17 October 2023.
When he could not be located or contacted, officers from Ku-ring-gai Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries to locate him.
Police hold serious concerns for the welfare of David due to a medical condition.
David is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of a medium build, about 180cm tall, with blond mullet style hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a red t-shirt with a white print and black pants.
David is known to travel frequently on the Sydney rail network.
Anyone who has seen David or has information of his whereabouts is urged to call Ku-ring-gai Police Area Command or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
