Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman reported missing from the Chester Hill area.
Priya Chavan, aged 54, was last seen on Burlington Road, Homebush, about 4pm Tuesday (12 September 2023).
When she could not be located or contacted, officers from Cumberland Police Area Command were notified and commenced an investigation to locate her.
Police and family hold serious concerns for Priya’s welfare due to this being out of character.
Priya is described as being of Indian Sub-Continental appearance, 155cm tall, of a medium build, with black hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a red robe, white pants and black and white shoes.
Priya is believed to be driving a silver Toyota Aurion sedan with the NSW registration AR39DK.
She is known to frequent the Chester Hill, Granville, Lidcombe and Homebush areas.
