Police Appeal To Locate Teen Missing From Glebe

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy reported missing from Sydney’s Inner West.

Yaylen Parkes, aged 16, was last seen in Glebe about 3.30pm, on Sunday 21 June 2026.

When he could not be located, officers attached to Leichhardt Police Area Command were notified yesterday (Friday 26 June 2026), and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police hold concerns for his welfare.

Yaylen is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, about 160cm tall, of a large build with short brown hair and brown eyes.

He is known to frequent the Broadway and Glebe areas.

Anyone who sees Yaylen or has information into his whereabouts is urged to call Triple-Zero (000), Glebe Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
