Police appeal to locate two missing teenagers

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate two missing teenagers who are believed to be travelling together.

Police hold serious concerns for Harry Squires, aged 13, and Jeyda Alexander, aged 12, due to their young ages.

Harry was last seen about 12.30pm on Wednesday (2 August 2023) at Bronte and Jeyda on the same day at 10.30pm in Waterloo.

Officers from Eastern Suburbs and South Sydney Police Area Commands were notified respectively when Harry and Jeyda could not be contacted or located.

Harry is described as Caucasian appearance, 155cm, solid build with light brown hair in a mullet style cut. When last seen he was wearing a black shirt and black pants.

Jeyda is described as Caucasian appearance, 145cm, thin build, brown eyes with shaved slits in the eyebrows and has long light coloured hair. At the time she was last seen she was wearing a white jumper with an image of Tupac on the front, white track pants and white sneakers.

They are known to frequent the Bronte, Waterloo and Glebe areas.

Anyone who may have seen the teenagers, or who has information about their whereabouts, is urged to contact Bondi and Redfern Police Stations or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
