Police appeal to locate woman missing from Toongabbie

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Western Sydney.

Joella Alvares, aged 18, was last seen in Toongabbie, about 4.30pm yesterday (Sunday 30 July 2023).

When she failed to return and could not be contacted, officers attached to Blacktown Police Area Command were notified earlier today (Sunday 30 July 2023) and commenced an investigation into her whereabouts.

Joella is described as Indian Sub-Continental appearance, 175cm tall, thin build with long dark hair.

She was last seen wearing a cream-coloured jumper, dark coloured pants and sneakers.

Joella is known to frequent the Toongabbie, Blacktown and Sydney CBD areas.

Anyone with information of Joella’s whereabouts is urged to contact Blacktown Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
