Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Geelong man Clifford Sheppard.
The 34-year-old was last seen at the Geelong University Hospital on 21 July.
Police have concerns for his welfare due to a serious medical condition which requires medication.
Clifford is Caucasian, 178cm tall with brown hair and a brown beard.
He is known to frequent the Geelong, Seaford and Frankston areas.
The below image of Clifford has been released in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Clifford or has information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Geelong Police Station on 5225 3100.
