Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Melton West teenager Antonio De La Rosa.
The 17-year-old was last seen at home on Portman Avenue about 6am this morning.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to a medical condition that requires medication.
Antonio is possibly wearing a black Kathmandu jacket, black track suit pants and black Nike runners.
Police have released an image of Antonio in the hope someone knows of his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Antonio or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Melton Police Station on 9747 7999.
