Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Nicholas Powell.
The 16-year-old was last seen leaving an address on Ascot Vale Road in Flemington about 5.30pm yesterday.
Nicholas is described as 185cm tall, thin build, with brown hair and green eyes.
He was last seen wearing a brown baseball cap with a silver logo, black hoodie with white writing on the sleeve and dark coloured track pants.
Police and family members hold concerns for Nicholas due to his age and a medical condition.
Nicholas is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD.
Police have released an image of Nicholas in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
