Police will prepare a report for the coroner following a fatal incident in Wahring on 22 June.
Emergency services responded to reports that a rear tray of a truck had tipped on a male at a worksite on Bunganail Road about 3.15pm.
The 64-year-old Mooroopna man died at the scene.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are being investigated.
