Police are investigating a fatal collision in Lynbrook this morning.
It is believed a car and a truck were involved in a collision at the intersection of Evans Rd and South Gippsland Highway around 12.20am.
The car caught fire and the female driver and sole occupant died at the scene.
The driver of the truck was not injured and stopped at the scene.
Investigations into the exact cause of the collision are ongoing.
