Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal collision in Ringwood this evening.
Police have been told a solo rider collided with a vehicle at the intersection of Maroondah Highway and Dublin Road about 6.35pm on Tuesday, 12 September.
Sadly, the yet-to-be formally identified male rider died at the scene.
The investigation into the collision is ongoing.
The Maroondah Highway remains closed eastbound between Oban Road and Dublin Road.
