Police Are Responding To Fatal Crash, Acacia Ridge 27 June

A woman has died in hospital following a traffic crash at Acacia Ridge earlier this month.

Emergency services responded to a three-vehicle traffic crash at the intersection of Beaudesert Road and Kerry Road around 4:40am on Thursday, 4 June.

Investigations indicate a white Toyota Yaris struck a white Isuzu tip truck from behind and the impact resulted in a white Nissan Navara dual cab ute also being struck.

The driver and sole occupant of the Yaris, a 63-year-old Kingston woman, was initially transported to Princess Alexandra Hospital for treatment.

She died as a result of her injuries on Thursday, 25 June.

The other drivers were not seriously injured.

Investigations are ongoing and police are urging anyone who witnessed the crash or has relevant vision to come forward.
