Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating an incident that occurred in Feysville, south of Kalgoorlie, on Thursday 9 September 2021.
About 6:23am, a white Toyota Landcruiser driving north on Goldfields Highway and a white Toyota panel van travelling south on Goldfields Highway were involved in a collision.
The driver of the panel van, believed to be a 61-year-old man, died at the scene. The 47-year-old male driver of the Landcruiser was taken to Kalgoorlie Health Campus for treatment for minor injuries.
