Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal crash which occurred in Katandra West this morning.
Emergency services were called to Lane Road about 12.15am after reports a car had left the road and flipped onto its roof.
The driver and sole occupant of the car, believed to be a woman in her seventies, died at the scene.
