Major Crash Investigation officers are investigating a fatal crash which occurred in the early hours of this morning, 18 October 2020.
Around 1.15am, a 41 year old man of Clarkson was driving a Honda Prelude along Wanneroo Road in Yanchep when his vehicle left the road and hit a tree.
The man was the sole occupant of the vehicle and died at the scene of the crash.
