Two youths will face court after being stopped by police in a stolen car overnight.
Just after 3.30am Wednesday 16 September, police spotted a stolen Toyota sedan on McInnes Avenue, Broadview.
Police attempted to stop the car, but the driver refused and was last seen on Hampstead Road.
A short time later police located the Toyota where it had been involved in a crash with an Audi station wagon at the intersection of Melbourne Street and Mann Street, North Adelaide.
The driver of the Audi was treated at the scene by SA Ambulance and was conveyed to hospital with minor injuries.
The driver of the Toyota a 17-year-old boy from Ingle Farm fled the scene and was tracked by police and PD Webster nearby to a roof top on Stanley Street where he was arrested without incident.
The passenger of the Toyota a 13-year-old boy from Woodcroft was arrested at the scene and treated by SA Ambulance for minor injuries and conveyed to hospital.
The 17-year-old boy has been charged with numerous offences including illegal use of a motor vehicle, dangerous driving to escape police pursuit and unauthorised person to drive a motor vehicle.
