Homicide Squad detectives have charged a man following the death of a woman in Cobram yesterday.
A 45-year-old Cobram man was charged this afternoon with murder and will shortly face Shepparton Magistrates’ Court.
The charge follows an incident in Cobram on Tuesday, 19 August where a 32-year-old Cobram woman was killed.
Emergency services were initially called to a Christie Street address about 5am and located the woman.
Two young children inside the address were not physically injured during the incident.
