Homicide Squad detectives have charged a man following the death of a woman in Noble Park yesterday (29 July).
Police were called to a residence on Douglas Street shortly after 9am after the 34-year-old’s body was located.
A 36-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken to hospital under police guard.
He was charged this afternoon with one count of murder and has been remanded to appear at Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Thursday (1 August).
