Detectives from Echo Taskforce have charged a man following an alleged serious assault in Southbank earlier this month.
The 45-year-old Southbank man was arrested this morning following the ongoing investigation into the incident that occurred on 15 November.
He has been charged with affray and commit indictable offence whilst on bail.
The man will appear at Melbourne Magistrates’ Court this afternoon.
The charges relate to an alleged assault that occurred at Queens Bridge Square in Southbank.
