A youth has been charged following a spate of business burglaries in Queenstown recently.
During the past week, police attended reports of three separate business burglaries at the Queenstown Pharmacy, the Old Hunter Hotel and Greens Takeaway.
Today police charged a 16-year-old youth with a number of offences related to the business burglaries as well as number of the recent home burglary and damage matters.
“Tasmania Police appreciates the assistance provided by the Queenstown community who have assisted local authorities during the investigation,” Senior Constable Brad Coulson said.
