Police investigate armed robbery at South Maclean

Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at a property in South Maclean last night, November 23.

Initial information indicates shortly before 9pm, four males gained entry to a property through the back door and threatened occupants with what appeared to be a gun.

The offenders have then stolen a quantity of property before leaving the premises in a small sedan. 

A 51-year-old woman received a non-life threatening injury as a result of the incident. 

Four children, between the ages of 7 and 17, were not physically injured. 

Investigations are continuing and detectives are appealing for anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity or may have dashcam in the area around the time of the incident to come forward.
