Police investigate crash in Adelaide, South Australia

Police are searching for a driver following a crash in the CBD this morning.

Just after 11am today (Tuesday 23 July) police and emergency services were called to North Terrace after reports that a Holden sedan had collided with the rear of a truck, pushing it into another car.

There were no reports of any injuries.

The male driver of the Holden sedan then got into a taxi, which drove away from the scene. It was tracked to Main North Road at Enfield, where the suspect ran off.

He is described as having a tanned complexion, unshaven, and was wearing a black cap, a grey/white shirt, and black tracksuit pants.

Police are following several positive lines of enquiry, and anyone who may have witnessed the crash, or has dashcam or mobile phone footage of the incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or online at www.crimestopperssa.com.au
